Repair of Motorized Wheelchairs; Requires original equipment manufacturer to make available any documentation, parts, & tools, required for diagnosis, maintenance, or repair of motorized wheelchair & parts for motorized wheelchair; requires original equipment manufacturer of motorized wheelchair with electronic security lock to make available any special documentation, parts, & tools, needed to access & reset lock when disabled in course of diagnosis, maintenance, or repair of motorized wheelchair; provides that violation of act is unlawful practice under Florida Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act; provides that original equipment manufacturer is not required to divulge trade secrets.
