Advanced Air Mobility; Provides exemption from sales & use tax for electrical vertical takeoff & landing aircraft & related items; authorizes DOT to fund up to specified percentages of vertiport project costs; requires DOT to expeditiously approve certain vertiports; preempts regulation of vertiport design, aeronautical operations, & aviation safety to this state; provides exceptions; preempts regulation of electric airport charging stations & associated infrastructure to this state; prohibits local governmental entity from enacting or enforcing certain ordinances & regulations; provides requirements for local governmental entities.
