Trust Funds/Creation/Historic Cemeteries Trust Fund/Department of State; Creates Historic Cemeteries Trust Fund within Division of Historical Resources of DOS; provides purpose of trust fund; requires that moneys be deposited into trust fund & disbursed by division as provided in specified provision; requires that any balance at end of fiscal year remain in trust fund for specified purpose; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund.

Effective Date: on the same date that HB 425 or similar legislation takes effect
