Domestic Violence and Protective Injunctions; Reclassifies penalties for committing domestic violence offense if person has prior conviction for domestic violence; provides that certain determinations are made without regard to penalty enhancement; establishes electronic monitoring pilot program in specified county; authorizes & in certain circumstances requires court to order electronic monitoring supervision if certain conditions are met; provides requirements for pilot program; requires sheriff to provide to Legislature reports on specified dates; provides report requirements; requires order for electronic monitoring supervision to terminate on specified date; provides for repeal of pilot program; revises information contained in petition for domestic violence injunction; revises factors judge may consider in determining whether to grant petition; requires FDLE to enter injunctions against dating violence & sexual violence into statewide verification system; provides that person commits felony of third degree if such person commits violation of injunction or foreign protection order against victim under certain circumstances; requires minimum term of imprisonment for such offense; requires law enforcement officer to make specified notification if he or she has probable cause to believe that person violated military protective order; increases dollar amounts for relocation assistance for victims of domestic violence.
