Rec./Public Employees Relations Commission; Exempts from public records requirements written communications developed in preparation for, or preliminary to, issuance of any order by PERC or its designees; exempts showing of interest statements signed by public employees & filed with PERC; providing an exception; exempts from public records requirements personal identifying & location information of chair, commissioners, & hearing officers of PERC & personal identifying & location information of spouses & children of such personnel; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statements of public necessity.
Effective Date: on the same date that HB 995 or similar legislation takes effect
