GENERAL BILL by Persons-Mulicka

Establishing the Congressional Districts of the State; Redistricts state's congressional districts in accordance with U.S. Decennial Census of 2020 (plan EOGPCRP2026); reenacts provisions relating to election of representatives to Congress, electronic maps serving as the official maps of congressional districts, & severability; provides for applicability.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect upon the expiration of the terms of the representatives to the United States House of Representatives serving on the date that this act becomes a law.
