SB 2156: Governmental Reorganization
GENERAL BILL by Budget
Governmental Reorganization; Transfers the functions and trust funds of the Agency for Workforce Innovation to other agencies. Transfers the Office of Early Learning Services to the Department of Education. Transfers the Office of Unemployment Compensation to the Department of Economic Opportunity. Transfers the Unemployment Appeals Commission to the Department of Economic Opportunity. Transfers the Office of Workforce Services to the Department of Economic Opportunity. Requires the Auditor General to conduct an audit of the Office of Early Learning Services, etc. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000
