CS/SB 1088: Agriculture Emergencies
GENERAL BILL by Agriculture ; Bronson
Agriculture Emergencies; distributes fuel sales tax deposited in Fuel Tax Collection TF to Agric. Emergency Eradication TF; distributes State Comprehensive Enhanced Transportation System Tax deposited in said Fuel Tax TF to said Agric. TF; provides restrictions on transfer of moneys to said Agric. TF; shall not take effect unless SB 1010 or similar legislation is adopted in same legislative session or extension thereof, etc. Amends 206.606,.608; creates 206.609. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000.
