GENERAL BILL by Gutman

Postsecondary Education; creates Workforce Development Estimating Conference; prescribes additional courses that will be considered "workforce development education" or "workforce development programs"; revises provisions re adult general education & to educational programs for disabled adults; provides for creation of charter colleges by community colleges; exempts certain persons from registration, matriculation, & laboratory fees, etc. Amends FS.
