Vehicular Homicide/Viable Fetus; redefines offense of "vehicular homicide" to include killing of viable fetus by any injury to mother caused by operation of motor vehicle by another; specifies when fetus is viable; provides right of action for civil damages; reenacts provisions re offense severity ranking chart & definition of "crime" re Fla. Crimes Compensation Act to incorporate said amendment in references, etc. Amends 782.071, 921.0022; reenacts 921.0022(3)(h), 960.03(3).
