GENERAL BILL by Governmental Reform and Oversight ; Governmental Reform and Oversight

CFS Dept. & Juvenile Justice Dept.; provides additional duties for Children & Family Services Department's Office of Standards & Evaluation re measuring standards of performance & to reports due to Legislature; revises requirements for CFS Dept. & Juvenile Justice Dept. in procuring contracts for client services & in establishing standards for delivery of those services; requires said departments to procure certain services competitively, etc. Amends 20.19, 20.316.
