GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Ostalkiewicz

Sales Tax (RAB); defines terms "agricultural commodity," "farmer," & "livestock"; prescribes dealer liability for certain tax; prescribes tax liability for sales of race horses in claiming races; exempts certain sales of racing dogs; disallows sales tax exemption for purchases made by employee of exempt organization when such payment is made by employee; provides for revocation of dealer's certificate of registration, etc. Amends Ch. 212.
