GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Ostalkiewicz
Sales Tax (RAB); revises eligibility standards for partial exemption for farm equip.; revises exemption standards for water; exempts disinfectants, pesticides, weed killers, certain seeds, cuttings, seedlings, plants, & specified packaging items in agric. use; exempts paint color cards & other color samples available at no charge; authorizes aircraft to be returned to state under specified circumstances without incurring tax liability, etc. Amends 212.08.
