SB 200: County Court Assessments
GENERAL BILL by Klein
County Court Assessments; provides that county may assign collection of fines, court costs, & other costs imposed by court arising from offenses committed in county & remaining unpaid after certain period to private attorney or collection agency under specified circumstances; provides guidelines & procedures; provides attorney's fees to offset collection costs; provides limitation. Creates 938.35.
