Overseas Electors & Faxed Ballots; defines terms "absent qualified elector overseas," "fax," & "faxed"; revises notice of election to overseas electors; designates procedures for tabulating faxed ballots; authorizes supervisors of elections to fax absentee ballots to overseas electors requesting faxed ballots; provides instructions to be included with faxed overseas ballots; authorizes Dept. of State to adopt rules to administer faxed balloting, etc. Amends Ch. 101, 97.021, 100.025.
