Pharmacy Practice; defines term "data communication device"; revises definition of term "practice of profession of pharmacy"; provides additional persons & entities to whom records re filling of prescriptions & dispensing of medicinal drugs which are maintained by pharmacy may be furnished; provides restrictions on such records when transmitted through data communication device; conforms cross-references. Amends 465.003,.017,.014,.015,.0196, 468.812, 499.003.
