Home Medical Equipment Providers; provides for regulation of home medical equipment providers by AHCA; provides for licensure & exemptions & for provisional licenses & temporary permits; provides for administrative penalties; provides for injunctions, emergency orders, & moratoriums; provides for patient records; provides for notice of toll-free telephone number for central abuse registry; provides for background screening, etc. Creates Part IX of Ch. 400. APPROPRIATION: $634,845.
