GENERAL BILL by Family Law & Children ; Wise ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Chestnut ; Harrington

Substance Abuse Treatment; redefines term "qualified professional" for purposes of providing certain substance abuse assessment or treatment services; requires persons certified to provide such services in other states to meet Florida's certification requirements within specified period after employment in this state; provides grandfather clause for specified period for persons with certain qualifications & experience, etc. Amends 397.311.
