JOINT RESOLUTION by Civil Justice & Claims ; Wallace ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wise ; Fasano ; Byrd ; Posey ; Melvin ; Dockery ; Ziebarth ; Thrasher ; Feeney

Limitation On State Revenues; constitutional amendment to provide that Fla. median household income, rather than Fla. personal income, & state revenues, rather than state revenues allowed, for prior fiscal year shall be bases for calculation of growth adjustment to constitutional limitation on state revenue collections. Amends s. 1, Art. VII.
