Law Enf. & Correctional Officers; provides that nothing in provision re said officers rights shall limit right of law enforcement or correctional agency to discipline or pursue criminal charges against officer; revises provisions re receipt & processing of complaints to provide for certain recorded statements; provides penalty for failure to comply with certain requirements; provides definitions. Amends 112.532-.534.
