GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Health Care
Public Records/Natural Persons; exempts information re natural persons in health, medical, patient, or health insurance records from public records law; provides exceptions; exempts from public discussion portions of public meetings during which contents of health, medical, patient, or health insurance information re natural person are considered; provides exceptions; provides justification for exemptions, etc. Amends 119.07, 286.011.
