GENERAL BILL by Environmental Protection ; Putnam ; Dockery ; Burroughs

Drycleaning Solvent Cleanup; provides legislative intent re drycleaning solvents; provides additional criteria for determining eligibility for rehabilitation; provides certain liability immunity for certain adjacent landowners; repeals requirement that certain costs be credited to owner or operator against certain future taxes; exempts certain drycleaning solvent from sales & use tax, etc. Amends Ch. 376, 213.053, 287.0595, 316.302.
