WAGES Program; provides relocation assistance program for families receiving or eligible to receive WAGES Program assistance; provides responsibilities of CFS Dept. & LES Dept.; requires DBPR to annually recalculate & reduce surcharge on sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises; directs Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to designate pilot project area within enterprise zone, etc. Creates 414.155, 290.00651.
