GENERAL BILL by Carlton ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Stafford

Taxation; revises time period within which property appraiser may correct material mistake of fact in appraisal; allows property appraiser to submit correction & refund order directly to tax collector; authorizes county tax collectors to implement installment payment program for delinquent personal property taxes; prohibits holders of tax certificates from contacting property owners & demanding payment, etc. Amends Ch. 197, 170.201, 200.069; creates 213.68.
