Game Promotions; redefines terms "game promotion" & "operator" & defines term "older individual"; prohibits certain acts in connection with game promotions & promotional materials therefor; requires certain information to be printed on envelopes; revises standards for waiver of requirements for maintaining trust accounts or surety bonds; provides penalties, including increased penalties when unlawful act is against older individual. Amends 849.094.
