Wetland Jurisdiction; requests Congress of United States to urge action by U.S. Department of Army, Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville Division, & Region IV of Environmental Protection Agency that would result in federal agencies implementing section 404 of Clean Water Act & section 10 of Rivers & Harbors Act adopting & using Florida's statewide wetland definition & delineation methodology.
