Children's First School Readiness TF; creates said trust fund in DOE, to be administered by Fla. Partnership for Children First, Inc.; provides for sources of money & purposes; provides for annual carryforward of funds; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund; takes effect 07/01/1998, if CS/H683,2131 or similar legislation creating Fla. Partnership for Children First, Inc., is adopted in same legislative session or extension thereof. Creates 411.015.
