GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Regulated Industries

Pari-mutuel Wager/Thoroughbred Horse; revises language re periods of operation for certain permitholders; revises tax on handle & additional purse payment requirements for certain guest thoroughbred permitholders; revises eligibility requirements re stallion awards; provides for retention of tax revenues by thoroughbred permitholder conducting specified intertrack wagering; provides for limited intertrack wagering license, etc. Amends Ch. 550. APPROPRIATION: $185,000.

Effective Date: 05/24/1998 except as otherwise provided
