GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Pruitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wallace
Water Management Districts/Budgets; provides that Legislature shall statutorily adopt or modify program priorities for WMD budgets; provides that districts shall incorporate these program priorities in developing their budgets; provides that Governor's Exec. Ofc. shall determine whether each district's budget is consistent with applicable prog. priorities & shall disapprove those portions of WMD's budget that are determined to be inconsistent, etc. Amends 373.536,.421.
