Land Use by G&FWFC; provides for recreational user permit fee to hunt, fish, or otherwise use for outdoor recreational purposes, land leased by Game & Fresh Water Fish Commission from private nongovernmental owners; provides for setting of fee by rule; provides for exceptions to application of fee. Amends 372.57.
