GENERAL BILL by Constantine

Local Government; creates Urban Infill & Redevelopment Act; authorizes municipalities & counties to designate urban infill & redevelopment areas based on specified criteria; provides procedures by which county or combination of counties & municipalities therein may develop & adopt plan to improve efficiency, accountability, & coordination of delivery of local government services; revises provisions re service fee for dishonored checks, etc. Amends FS.
