Jones, her mother; directs West Volusia Hospital Authority to appropriate funds to be paid to Kathy Jones, individually, & for benefit of Michelle Jones, a minor, to compensate them for injuries & damages sustained as result of negligence of West Volusia Hospital Authority, formerly d/b/a West Volusia Memorial Hospital.
