GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Dyer ; Forman
Homeowners' Associations; prohibits commingling of certain funds; revises provisions re transition of homeowners' association control in community; provides list of required documents that must be provided to board by developer; provides for prohibited clauses in homeowners' association documents; revises provisions re disclosure to prospective purchasers; requires certain information to be included in disclosures. Amends 617.303,.307, 689.26; creates 617.3075.
