Bingo; revises provisions which regulate conduct of bingo; provides findings & intent; provides for administration & enforcement by Pari-mutuel Wagering Div. & county sheriffs & municipal police; provides requirements for conduct of bingo by charitable organizations, associational organizations, & authorized organizations; specifies that act does not prevent any county from adopting same or stricter regulations, etc. Amends 849.0931.
