SB 74: Local Govt. Code Enforcement

GENERAL BILL by Bronson

Local Govt. Code Enforcement; provides that when appeal is filed with circuit court re actions of code enforcement board, all action by board shall cease or be held in abeyance until court issues order; provides exceptions; provides for removal of liens or impediments from property governed by code enforcement board under certain circumstances. Amends 162.11.
