Sexually Violent Predator Treatment; creates "Jimmy Ryce Involuntary Civil Commitment for Sexually Violent Predators' Treatment & Care Act"; requires notice of release from custody of person alleged to be sexually violent predator; provides for such person's evaluation; provides for petition to have such person declared sexually violent predator; provides for determination of probable cause, evaluations, taking such person into custody, etc. Creates 916.30-.43.
