SB 856: Beach Management Funding

GENERAL BILL by Sullivan

Beach Management Funding; provides for funding of state's beach management plan through Ecosystem Management & Restoration Trust Fund; provides that designated funds be deposited in trust fund & that funds in trust fund be used to fully implement beach management plan prior to being used for any other purpose; provides for appropriation of certain documentary stamp tax revenues to trust fund for purposes of beach preservation & repair. Amends 161.091, 201.15.
