GENERAL BILL by Lacasa
Limited Liability Companies; declares legislative intent that certain companies are exempt from corporate income tax; redefines term "corporation" for purposes of corporate income tax; redefines term "taxable income" of limited liability companies for purposes of determining "adjusted federal income"; exempts certain limited liability companies from income taxation; redefines term "intangible personal property" for purposes of taxation thereof, etc. Amends Chs. 220, 608, 199.
