GENERAL BILL by Kosmas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kilmer
Civil-law Notaries; authorizes Secretary of State to issue apostilles; provides for issuance of certified copies of certificates of commission & certificates of notarial authority; expands & clarifies Secretary of State's rulemaking powers re authentic acts, acknowledgements, oaths, solemnizations of marriage, & discipline, testing, bonding, & insurance requirements for civil-law notaries, etc. Amends 15.16, 117.03, 118.10; creates 118.12.
