SB 1324: Delinquent Acts/Criminal Offenses

GENERAL BILL by Lee

Delinquent Acts/Criminal Offenses; provides that certain adjudications of delinquency are admissible into evidence for impeachment purposes; provides for scoring as adult offenses an offender's prior juvenile offenses that would be crimes if committed by adult; provides for assessing additional civil penalty against parents, legal guardians, or adult relatives under certain circumstances, etc. Amends Chs. 90, 790, 921, 943, 985; repeals 985.218(6).
