SB 1332: Public School Technology
GENERAL BILL by Klein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dyer ; Holzendorf
Public School Technology; creates Public School Technology Infrastructure Trust Fund within DOE; provides for moneys in trust fund to be used to connect each classroom in state's public schools to Internet; provides for moneys in trust fund to be available only after school district has exhausted all other funds for technology provided by Legislature; requires that DOE adopt rules.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if enacted by 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
