GENERAL BILL by Fuller
Port or Aviation Authorities; provides definition & purpose; provides for creation of Port or Aviation Authority Ad Valorem Tax Improvement Fund in each county in which said authority is located; provides for deposit of ad valorem taxes paid by such authority in fund; authorizes tax collector to retain amount for administrative costs; provides for use of such funds by authority; provides for future review & repeal. Creates Part VII of Ch. 163.
