GENERAL BILL by KURTH
Vessel Warranty Enforcement Act; creates said act also known as "Vessel Lemon Law"; provides for duty of manufacturer to conform vessel to warranty; provides for nonconformity of vessels & engines; provides for bad-faith claims; provides for dispute settlement procedures; creates Fla. New Vessel Arbitration Board; provides that certain violations are unfair or deceptive trade practices; provides for vessel dealer liability, etc. Creates 327.901-.919.
