CS/SB 1994: Workforce Development Education
GENERAL BILL by Education ; Cowin
Workforce Development Education; defines term "literacy completion point"; provides for adult general education programs to include courses that lead to literacy completion point; revises performance output measures for adult general education courses of study; authorizes formulas for distribution of workforce development education performance funds to provide performance exemptions for new programs, etc. Amends 239.105,.115,.117.
