GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy
Agricultural Facilities; authorizes Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. to administer grant program for funding acquisition or renovation of fair facilities, agricultural centers, or livestock pavilions; authorizes counties, municipalities, & certain nonprofit corporations to apply for such grants; requires that recipient provide certain matching funds; provides for review panel to review grant applications; provides for membership of review panel & terms of office, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
