SB 2222: Voluntary Trial Resolution

GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Voluntary Trial Resolution; permits written agreement by two or more parties in civil dispute to submit controversy to binding voluntary trial resolution in lieu of litigation when no constitutional issue is involved; provides duties of clerk of court & guidelines re application for voluntary trial resolution; provides for court appointment of member of The Florida Bar to act as trial resolution judge; provides for applicability of Fla. Evidence Code, etc. Amends 44.1051.
