CS/SB 2380: Local Govt. Comprehensive Planning
GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Rossin
Local Govt. Comprehensive Planning; provides that limitation on amendments to local government's comprehensive plan does not apply to amendments necessary to establish public school concurrency; provides guidelines for determining suitability of soils for septic tanks; provides criteria for district school boards & local governmental entities to consider in determining hazardous walking conditions for students, etc. Amends Ch. 163, 234.021, 235.193.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
