GENERAL BILL by Water & Resource Management ; Community Affairs ; Constantine ; Bradley ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Goodlette ; Murman ; Gottlieb

Community Revitalization; creates Growth Policy Act; authorizes counties & municipalities to designate urban infill & redevelopment areas based on specified criteria; authorizes exemptions from transportation facilities concurrency requirement for developments located in urban infill & redevelopment area; creates State Housing Tax Credit Program; creates Urban Homesteading Act; authorizes municipalities to designate satellite enterprise zones, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $5,000,000.
