GENERAL BILL by Agriculture and Consumer Services ; Banking and Insurance ; Rossin

Insurance; prohibits as unfair insurance practice use of certain misleading advertisements; prohibits any person from engaging in certain acts re insurance sold in connection with loan or extension of credit; requires disclosure of certain information for such transactions; provides that primary agent need not be designated at each location where agent conducts certain insurance transactions, etc. Amends Ch. 626, 629.401.
