GENERAL BILL by Goode ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sanderson

Public Records Exemptions; provides exemption from public records requirements for info. about patients of home medical equipment providers which is obtained by employees or service providers or licensing agency & for information obtained by AHCA or home medical equipment provider in connection with background screening; takes effect on same date that HB 247 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in same legislative session or extension thereof, etc.
